Hey Hey everybody. I thought I would add a plug for another show here. I get a kick out of it. Man I just love it. Finally a show with a Saskatchewan taste and flavor. Sorry if I forgot to mention it earlier. I don't usually watch the "idiot box" But this is one of the few exceptions that holds my interests. Man i love this show.

Man, I Can't Believe This!!!!!

Man, ever since I downloaded this song off of itunes, I can't stop hearing it my head. Man, it's up to about 20 times played in the last two days and I still love it. Wow, that has to be a record for me.

The Truth of the Matter

I was just thinking, there are three types of people in this world. Those that can count and those who can't....

Ho Man

Wow, I was just thinking of looking up Whigfield a.k.a Sannie Carlson on Wikipedia. I am surprised that she is still going. I got the opportunity to listen to some of her tunes too. Wow, I used to love her tunes and man, her later music sounds good too. Its nice to see she is still in action. Check out her website at here

Coolness

I guess you would probaly think that I hate bigger vehicles from my previous post, but I still love old and newer chevy's, especially Impala's like these two fine examples....

Man, a classic 64 model shown and a 95 model, man LOVE these machines

Cars

Hey everybody. How goes the battle? Hey, I thought I would talk about cars again. With gas prices on the rise and stuff like that, who can almost afford to drive for long distances anymore. Anyways I thought that I would say that I have been seeing a lot of these bigger cars ripping around town.

Everybody around here seems to love their trucks and SUV's. Each to their own I guess. I just love those Smart Cars.

I got to check one out the other day. It is sooooo small. It was surprisingly roomy inside, even people would not be able to haul much in it. What do you expect I guess. I talked to the gentleman that owned it. I guess it is really good on the highway surprising for such a small wheelbase of car and tiny little engine. He said he could do about 110 km in it, but it was about flat out. I think it is more of a city car, designed that way anyways. Sure turns a lot of heads though when you see it driving around....and a lot of people stop and look at it when its parked on the street. I guess that's the sacrafice people have to make when you have a new style of vehicle and the people around Prince Albert are car crazy, got it on the brain.
I recently got my motorcycle learners license, can't wait to actually use it. I think that using motorcycles would be soooo cheap on gas. I just have to figure out what I am going to do for a motorcycle. I was suppose to have access to another family member bike, he doesn't really ride anymore, but he really busy right now, seeding on his farm. Just the waiting game I guess

Money, Money and More Money

Hey y'all. After having a conversation with one of my coworkers today, I just realized how long ago that the loonie has been in circulation. He said he couldn't remember us Canadians ever having dollar bills or two dollar bills. Young Gaffers eh. Seems like a few years ago when it came out, but I was a kid then. I just checked and what I told him was right though, it did come out in '87 and the toonie in 96. Seems like longer. I still like have coins for currency. It just works so much better, like for car washs and vending machines. I alway's think back to whenever I been in the states and having to use the Coke machines and having bills that never seemed to work. Heck, change machines here never seem to accept bills half the time here either. And I still get a kick out of pulling out a pocket full of change and finding out that I have 15 dollars or something like that worth of change.

Volvo

Hey everybody.
I was thinking today. Just looking at the vehicles around me, I am so surprised at how much Volvo's evolved since I have been old enough to notice. With these two examples that I have pics of, they are basically a safe box vehicle.

Here's a more flashier old school one.

Here's where the difference is. The newer Volvos are so much sleeker and nicer to the eyes. This ain't your momma's Volvo
