I just got back from the folks place for xmas eve. It was good. Wow, that old Wizard of Oz movie sure ROCKS. Older movies seem like they are better than the newer ones.

Wow

Well, I just got back from a sweat lodge ceremony. I really enjoyed it. It was one of those things where I wouldn't have gone, but my class was going as part of our program to learn about Native healing. I really liked it because of the intensity of the deal. I feel so refreshed and renewed. I also found it spiritual. I was a great experience that I would recommend for everyone .
